Show the videos for sessions all hidden at first

Its hard to navigation right now
since you have to scroll through soo many events. My advice is an
accordion with each date/video being its own accordion so its easier
for people to clearly see the sessions. Since right now i have to
scroll down a lot to see the full picture.
