We've made an enhancement that allows you to block ROI from being computed on specified URLs. Here is how it works:
1. Send email@example.com a request to block a specific URL such as: www.retailer.com/confirmation.
2. Support will block this URL and notify you when this request has been complete.
3. Once blocked, all ROI will be ignored on these URLs.
To reverse this, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and they will remove the blocking.
This will be useful for URLs where you are certain there is no possible ROI such as a confirmation page.Read More

We've made two great changes in our product.
1. We've added a "Webview" browser filter option in session search making it easy to isolate sessions with users interacting with a mobile app browser.
2. In side of the issue activity feed you can now click into the hyperlinks if you attach a URL to the comment/description.Read More
We have updated our new issue alerts to send a more accurate initial ROI estimate. Revenue alerts will only be triggered once at least 5 transactions were lost (for the 1st day). Before this change, if there was 1 transaction lost and it meets the criteria for minimum revenue in the funnel, we would send an alert. After 1 day passes, the minimum 5 transactions lost rule does not apply.
We'd like to remind you that you can adjust how much data is included in each revenue alert. The more time you set, the larger the sample size and the less sensitive the alerts will be. To update the time interval between revenue alerts go to domain settings.
You can now filter by CSS Class inside of session search. This will allow you to find sessions that are happening on specific parts of your website. For example, if you wanted to see issues happening on your navigation and you now the CSS Class for navigation, you can enter the CSS Class for navigation and it will pull up sessions containing navigation interactions.
The following example shows a user finding all sessions containing the "add to cart" sessions using CSS Class filter:Read More
