It would be really helpful if adding #helpcode worked on a mobile device too.

Hello, this is Ayesha from Noibu. I did a quick test and #helpcode does work on mobile browser, this could be a browser specific issue. What browser are you using?

Good afternoon! Our developers investigated the issue and we found that an old bug on Safari iOS can sometimes prevent the help code prompt from firing. There are two ways to bypass this issue:
• Instruct the shopper to reload the page after modifying the URL. The shopper should amend the URL with /#helpcode instead of just #helpcode. The slash instructs the browser to request a new page rather than make a local history change, and causes the page to reload with the help code prompt.
• Create a help code button in-app. This is our recommended approach, as it's easier for shoppers to use and pulls up the help code prompt without the need to modify the URL. You can find a guide to setting up a help code button on our knowledge base: https://help.noibu.com/hc/en-us/articles/15626807758221-Creating-a-Help-Code-Button
Thank you for raising this issue, and please let us know if either of these solutions works out for you.
