We can currently only Filter by URL Contains, but it can be difficult to find a session where a the part of the URL you are looking for occurs in the URL of many pages. I often use this to view sessions of people who reached a 404 page, so I can see if the bad link came from our site. If the URL the user went to is just /shimano, then using Contains find me way too many results. If I could choose an Exactly option, it would only find the URL /shimano. This is only one example, but it is useful is many other ways.
