I'd like to be able to send a link to a sessio (not an issue) to work colleagues independent of the presence of a Noibu-identified issue associated with that session. Occasionally, as part of us trouble-shooting problems customers have said they have had on our site, I try to find video captured of their sessions. When I do, I want to send a link to Customer Service so they can observe the behavior of the cart or checkout process, for example. Right now, I have to see if there is an issue anywhere on that session, then open that issue, find the session, and send a link to that session/issue. Then I have to explain to Customer Service to ignore the issue as it has no bearing on why I'm sending the video. Thanks!
