Allow use of 24 hour clock

Allowing use of the 24 hour clock would make filtering sessions much easier for people who are used to using 24 hour clock (UK / Europe). 1 PM doesn't compute as being after 11 AM if your brain is tuned to seeing 13:00 and 11:00 !
