Allow adding site name or make drop down larger/remove globe icon

Allow adding site names to show in the Site selection drop down such as:
AD - UK
AD - DE
AD - FR
Rather than the domain. To make it easier to see which site you are currently on.
Alternatively remove the icon so we can see more of the domain or make the drop down a little bigger. Currently we can't see the TLD.
