Introducing Symptom Analysis, which offers a clearer picture of the conversion-impacting symptoms of the issues in your funnel.
This new feature shows you how measurable increases in rage clicks, back button usage, page refreshes - and other impactful symptoms - are correlated to an issue. It offers helpful validation of how an issue is impacting your funnel, helping you understand which symptoms are most prevalent, and lets you drill down to the individual sessions where each symptom was detected.
To view Symptom Analytics, view one of your issues and select the User Impact tab.
